Akron Family Institute is excited to work with My Provider Link, a secure service to easily pay your bill. From April 10th forward, bills will provide a QR code to access your account. You may also follow the instructions listed below.

When you sign up for an account you can choose if your bills are sent to you by email, text, mail, or you may choose all 3 options to receive your bill. You may also choose to have your bills on autopay.

Choose from the following options:

Sign up - For first time user who wants to create an account

Sign in - For existing users and would like to make payments for the portal

Guest Pay - For a user who does not want to register, but would like to make a one-time payment

For this option, you will need the account number and form ID from your latest bill statement​
